• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the time of your treatments. Being late will shorten your service time, yet your service fee will remain the same.
• Nkomazi Kruger Spa promote an atmosphere of tranquillity and relaxation. Therefore please respect the privacy and serenity of other guest. Refrain from talking loud and please turn your cell phone on silent mode.
• Your health and well-being is our main concern please make us aware of any special conditions that may apply to you.
